Billing and refunds
Where to manage a plan, find invoices and request a refund.

The workspace owner manages billing in Settings → Billing.
Choose or manage a plan
New workspaces start with a 14-day Creator trial without a card. To subscribe, choose a plan and complete Stripe Checkout. Review the price, tax and billing period before paying.
For an existing subscription, choose Manage billing to open the Stripe portal. It provides subscription, invoice and payment-method controls. Review the effective date and any charges before confirming a change.
Cancel
Use the cancellation option in the billing portal. Check the date shown there for when the subscription ends.
Request a refund
The Terms describe the first-payment refund policy. Email hello@steelcitysites.co.uk with your account email and invoice reference. Do not send card details.
If billing is unavailable
If checkout or the portal cannot open, retry once and contact support with the error shown. No payment is confirmed until checkout reports success.
