Prices are in USD and shown tax-exclusive. Refund requests
The Terms describe the first-payment refund policy. Contact support with your invoice reference to request a refund.
Manage your subscription
Open the Stripe billing portal from Settings → Billing to manage or cancel your subscription.
Check your plan limits
Review tool access, account limits and usage before changing plans. The billing portal shows the effective date.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. New workspaces start with a 14-day Creator trial. A paid subscription starts only when you complete checkout.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan. Check Billing for the current status.
Is there a free plan?
There is a free trial, followed by paid plans. Read-only access does not include new runs or publishing.
What are the usage limits?
Each plan has limits for AI drafts, media processing and connected accounts. The comparison table lists them. Unlimited publishing still depends on platform limits and available connections.
How do I change my subscription?
Open Settings → Billing as the workspace owner. Use the billing portal to review available changes and the amount and date shown before confirming.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing from Settings → Billing and cancel in the Stripe portal. The portal shows when the cancellation takes effect.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Switch the pricing table to yearly to see the annual total. Review the total in checkout before paying.
Are taxes included?
The listed prices are in USD before tax. Checkout calculates applicable tax from your billing details and shows the total before payment.
Where are my invoices?
The workspace owner can open the billing portal from Settings → Billing to view invoices and payment details.
What is a Lane Pass?
It includes Publisher and the tools in one category. Choose Solo for Publisher plus three individual tools, or Creator for all categories.
