Schedules and autopilot

Understand what starts a run and what can happen without approval.

Last updated

A schedule starts supported work at a saved time. Autopilot controls approval behaviour. These are separate settings: a scheduled run can still produce a draft that waits for you.

Check the tool first

Read the description and service note. Several tools analyse imported records or prepare text for you to copy. Switching on autopilot does not give them a live data feed or a way to send messages.

Review the mode

  • Off keeps drafts for review.
  • Semi allows selected routine content to proceed where the tool supports it.
  • Full allows eligible drafts to proceed without individual approval.

Safety and confidence checks can still hold content. These checks can miss mistakes, so inspect the results before choosing a mode and check activity afterwards.

Check the outcome

A successful generation is not a successful delivery. Confirm that a post or email was sent from its status record. Failed or blocked items need attention.

Times use the relevant workspace or client timezone. Review that setting before relying on a schedule.
