Connect Instagram
Check availability, authorise the account and review any connection errors.

Open Settings → Connections and find Instagram. If connection setup is unavailable, it needs to be enabled for Ownerbar before you can connect an account.
Connect an account
- Choose Connect and follow the provider’s sign-in flow.
- Select the account and Page you want Ownerbar to use, where prompted.
- Review the permissions requested and complete authorisation.
- Return to Connections and check the account and connection status.
This connector uses Meta’s account and Page permissions. The provider’s current authorisation screen determines which accounts you can select.
Before publishing
Review the destination, caption and media in Publisher. The connector validates supported formats, but the platform can still reject a post. A connected account does not guarantee every Instagram format is supported.
If you cannot select your account, check that you have the required account and Page access. If an existing connection stops working, read its error and reconnect when asked. See failed posts for queue checks.
