Schedules and manual steps

What runs automatically

Scoring uses your saved records. It does not track Discord members live or send DMs. Import new activity to update the results.

Before using automatic approval

  • Review sample outputs and check the source material.
  • Check the tool’s settings and any held drafts.
  • Confirm prices, offers and commitments before sharing.
  • Check delivery status; a generated draft is not a sent message.

Inputs

  • Member CSV
  • Pasted activity

The tool’s setup instructions explain how to add these inputs. An imported record does not update itself.

Questions

Questions about Churn Radar

Does the score predict who will leave?

It measures changes in the records you supply. It is a reason to check in, not a reliable prediction that someone will cancel.
